首先说一下酒店的位置，位置非常好，旁边就是一个综合体，购物吃饭都非常方便，酒店的服务可以说非常周到，一入住免费的水果饮料就送到房间，酒店房间的设施也很到位，还有早餐也非常丰盛，酒店服务人员的态度那是相当的热情，是一家相当不错的酒店。下次再去洛阳其他酒店肯定不考虑了，就是这家

每一位服务人员都很亲切，细节服务很贴心。伴手礼多多，送给小朋友的水果饮品多多。送站服务好方便，早餐的粤式茶点牛肉汤小馄饨都很好吃。房间卫生打扫的非常好，设施也很新，美中不足的是五星级竟然卫生间没有浴盆。出门就是购物广场，来洛阳的好选择，推荐这家。
