住过很多四季，丽思卡尔顿之类的五星级酒店都没这家服务到位，简直是到洛阳不住这家酒店你就对不起自己，为顾客考虑细节好的无法言语，看到有洗的衣服就提供晾衣架洗衣液，看你没去吃早餐直接送餐到房间，还有每天的水果和小礼品。开车过去有泊车服务，出太阳会帮你罩上遮阳布，看你车脏了会主动帮你在晚上时候冲洗。还有每天可以免费洗30元衣服很赞！总而言之这是一家服务好的不知所措的酒店，强力推荐。
