首先酒店服务不好，去开房间时在前台耽误了有十几分钟两个收银员像新来的好久还弄不好，房间在七楼 隔壁有的屋子已经重新装修了 看见拆的水泥墙我都已经对这个酒店印象十分不好。刚开始还没有热水 打前台电话好几次都说已经派人开修了，又等了好久没人来，我们又下去要求换房，谁知道又说已经修好了，这就忍了。半夜睡觉的时候冻醒过，空调老是自动跳闸！七楼啊！枕头套上面不知道是什么好多脏的东西。总之非常不满意！
