东山的地理位置得体独厚，从前台到楼层到观阙阁的服务都面带微笑，服务到位，还很漂亮，可能都是经挑选过的，搬行李的小伙小张介绍得特别细致。整体服务非常满意。房间是老五星，中规中矩。

服务极其专业，五星，不愧是接待过领导人的酒店。环境非常好，地理位置也好，出门就可以走到龙门石窟，就是小长假迎宾大道封路，开车到酒店有点小麻烦。
