服务态度确实太好了，有问题随时都可以回复，早餐可以，酒店有自己的停车场还免费洗车，周边吃的也方便，我们自驾洛阳全家都十分满意，服务态度入住环境都好。，还用心的送来了酸奶，十分感谢，下次来洛阳我们还住滨河5号。

休假带孩子来洛阳旅游，朋友推荐的，高端大气上档次！还是亲民价格，酒店开业不久，但是服务很到位，来住房时还送小孩礼物，是我们80后那时候玩的小青蛙，真是让我们感动和怀念那个年代，赶上农历十月一，还送我们热腾腾的手工水饺，让我们感到冬日的温暖！再来洛阳还会选择你滨河5号假日酒店！

早餐太简单了点，房间特小，卫生条件还可以，位置不错，但绝对是看不到沿河绿化带，前面有个迪厅周围挺热闹，吃饭玩乐都很方便，带孩子来感觉房间尚可
