朋友推荐的华阳入住之后的确感觉不错，各种小礼品不断，每天惊喜不断，酒店软件质量很高，父亲临走也留言给了好评。但是，各种好印象却在最后一天被打破，酒店没有考虑春运状况，只凭原有经验安排送车班车时间，而且还因为等待晚点客人没有及时发车，致使我们开车前20分才抵达车站，车站堵车状况，各种人员，还有一路安检验票，不但差点让我们误车，还导致我75岁的老母亲因为赶火车摔了一大跤，她本来膝盖就有伤！！！！有点失望！
