地理位置优越，服务极致，工作人员彬彬有礼，主动服务，细致细腻，宾至如归。父母询问路线时，会派专人护送到站台；得知老人肠胃不适，主动安排粥点；主动配送晾衣架、药盒等；每天配送水果、牛奶、糕点，房间内零食、饮料、啤酒、矿泉水随吃随叫；酒店内餐饮味道好、品种多，有小吃城、中餐、西餐、火锅等，送餐不加服务费；酒店对面就是万达广场等，购吃逛电影等应有尽有。种种极致服务举不胜举，让人非常舒心，再来洛阳会义无反顾再次选择这里，最后，谢谢你们的服务，选择你们真好，能认识你们真好！祝越来越好！
