  从机场打车过来很方便，20元不到。楼下在造地铁 所以有些堵。给了禁烟层 非常安静 ，问是否可以延时退房，因为我是会员，回答是可以延长到2点退房 太赞了。 拖鞋 洗刷用品，4瓶矿泉水 还有湿纸巾。床很舒服，软硬正好。 早饭人不多，中式 西式都有，牛肉汤很好喝。 洗澡水特别大，但是 我那件房间固定花洒的是坏的，只能靠着墙，一点点弯曲就要倒下来…… 楼下有家牛肉面馆特别好吃，还干净。步行去王府井百货也就10分钟，周围小吃店不少。去其他景点基本都打车，三线城市打车真的便宜，打车去石窟也就28元。 服务人员都很有礼貌，早餐都收拾及时。 总之满意的，400多一晚 当地不算便宜，涂个人少安静。

  服务人员态度很友好 👍；但是酒店的卫生有问题，例如房间看到好几只小虫子，并且被罩上看到污迹；早餐比较简单，但本地特色的牛肉汤很好吃

  没浴缸没浴袍，房间显得特别空荡，底下在修路一晚上没睡好。以前住凯悦君悦比较多，理所应当以为这些设施都是必须的，来了HP让我改观了许多。如果只是四星标准，这个价位显然是虚高了一点。

  酒店是比较干净的，但是毛巾什么的有血迹后来就没用。洗手间内没有浴缸是个遗憾。电视机也只能收看有线电视，没有配备现在的智能电视。早餐东西不是很多。酒店设施还是差一口气，但是服务很到位，工作人员确实很用心。泳池很不错，也没什么人，风景很好，更衣室内设备齐全，还有脱水机。

  去洛阳3天都住在凯悦嘉轩里，房间干净清爽，特别是前台的服务态度非常好～ 早餐选择多，每天晚上来一碗牛肉汤加饼丝开个胃，再去吃别的～ 房间配套设施女生在意的体重秤也都配备齐全～ 洛阳的3天因为酒店也给整体的行程加分了不少。
