前台工作人员态度极差，通向房间的走廊很昏暗很压抑，没有无线、说是有WIFI便实际上只是摆设，在房间呆了将近40分钟一直试图上网查询当地的交流及旅游景点情况，但一直上不了，我们要求退房，前台人员硬是说我们在上面呆了一个多小时要收50元的费用，收费我们同意，问题人家钟点也没这么贵呀，最后付了30元。很不愉快的一次经历。
