A nice surprise. Very courteous and helpful reception staff who went out of their way to help us. Nice room, but an odd set up to take 2 elevators up to room in a corridor seemingly leased from a neighbouring hotel property. Great amenities and AM breakfast.
Convenient to new city square district. Straightforward 8 minute taxi ride from Luoyang Longmnen Gaoti Zhan. (fast train)

客房宽敞、安静、整洁，装修装饰温馨，床品干净舒适，很有家的感觉。酒店有免费的地下停车场，周边用餐也很方便。住了两天，两班前台接待小姑娘都美丽大方、真诚热情，彬彬有礼，并且耐心帮忙介绍本地旅游景点，有问必答，赞赞！赠送的牡丹花种子，妈妈喜欢得爱不释手，在此表示感谢！客房服务及时、礼貌、周到，很满意。一次非常愉快的入住体验，个人推荐选择澜璞。
