首先给这家酒店的服务点个赞：酒店有免费送站的服务，因为我不需要送站而是需要接站，经和酒店协商同意了，第一印象很好。到洛阳时患病，酒店前台很关切的问候，又派服务员到房间送来蜂蜜水，很温馨。到了晚上，因担心病情发展，去医院看病，前台又联系司机送我到医院。第二天退房时还记得问问情况，很感动。在此向所有帮助我的服务人员表示衷心感谢！另外，酒店的用品也很有档次，牙膏是高露洁的，牙刷是三笑细毛的，洗面奶是妮维雅的。拖鞋也是不错的。因为生病的原因，没有兴趣用按摩椅，有些小遗憾。原本选择这里是因为离洛浦公园比较近（大约500米），准备晨练，也没有去成，也有些遗憾。下次再去吧。如果桌上准备个接线板就更好了。

超级漂酿！服务也特别的好，老公来洛阳考试，我自己带着孩子逛街，回来的时候打扫卫生的阿姨超热心，看我抱着孩子还推着手推车，又帮我提东西又推小车，一直送我到房间。还有楼下的鹊舍餐厅，也很好吃，服务超热情超贴心。老公说下次来洛阳还要住这里。只是有一点，我想弱弱地问一句：老板，传说中的按摩椅在哪里啊？
