说实话，住了各地的美豪，目前洛阳这家美豪体验感应该是排在最末尾的了。首先入住的房间空调居然没暖气，气温下降又很厉害，还好给送来一台暖风扇，不过也经历了蛮长的等待时间。然后深夜隔壁房间居然在吃重庆火锅，结果我住的房间满屋子火锅味，让人无法入睡，客房服务说送一台空气净化器过来，结果天亮也没等来，这管理这服务… 晚上躺在床上，房间的感应灯和浴缸上的灯经常无缘无故亮起，真是无语。

非常满意的一次入住体验，房间干净整洁，酒店环境优雅，服务很好，价格也很亲民！前台美女张萌鑫不仅人长得漂亮，服务也跟热情，帮客人开完发票，然后第一时间送到客人手上，还贴心得询问是否需要停车券，真的很暖心！对待客人就像对待家人一样！强烈推荐朋友出差或约会下榻这个酒店！
