18点退房，下午有事出去了，不到时间他们就私自进我房间，很生气！很不爽！服务员态度很差！我下午回去之后，房卡不能取电！！我还没退房着急什么！！我还有私人空间吗！！不到退房时间我为什么不能取电！！！
