大堂很气派，有高大的椰子树，牡丹花的花束，非常漂亮。前台的小姐姐服务热心，很周到，房间干净很舒适，视野好，客房服务员还给我送了洗衣液，很贴心。酒店门口就是公交站，洛阳好多道路都是高架，堪比一线城市，交通便利，酒店的停车场非常大，可以免费停车，非常满意。办理退房非常快。性价比高，价格还便，下次来洛阳还住这里。

订了两间两晚，四星级酒店如此价位，其性价比特高。我们经常住酒店，此酒店20平方的房间，感觉比其他标注20平方的酒店宽敞许多。酒店环境好，干净整洁且豪华。前台服务员素质高态度好，楼层服务员热情周到，打扫卫生时看到桌面有内服的药，特地为我们多备了两瓶矿泉水，并留下温馨的提示，确有宾至如归之感。酒店位于牡丹广场旁，门口有直达龙门高铁站，龙门石窟的公交车，交通便利，门口不远处有小吃店和饮食店。如再来洛阳首选此处。

酒店服务一流，卫生管理到位，房间很大，设施完备，地理位置优越，交通很方便，25楼旋转自助餐厅价格实惠，边吃边看城市风光，定的标间没有了， 给免费升级了套房，如再来洛阳还会定此酒店。
