到了洛阳机场下、打的直去酒店、9号－12号二晚、当时天气29度、酒店内房内太热了、多次问总台中央能不能开冷空调！住了两晚也睡不好！很失望！！！后来己换了别酒店的当晩也有冷空调了。

清明节订的豪华大床房，节假日的价格大约是平时的二倍。只能说是大床房，豪华谈不上。安排的房间外有风机，晚上九点多才停，还好白天出去玩的晚而且只住一夜…酒店地理位置好，往南走就是小吃街，吃东西方便，棒棒的！

酒店位置比较好，在老城区最繁华地方，对面就十字街，旁边不远是隋唐遗址公园，但是堵车严重，车位并不多，节假日没地停，服务一般，房间隔音很差，设施老旧，很多地方发霉，卫生间门把手是坏的，淋浴间门关不严，洗澡水流的满地湿滑，订的是有窗的实际上窗户外面是小仓库，而且里面堆的乱七八糟全是灰，不是真正的窗户，卫生不怎么样，床头板全是灰，杯子都是水印，信纸是上位客人写过没有更换，房间还有“小强”爬出来，整体感觉不符合精品标准。停车保安和办退房的前台接待服务不错。
