以前每次来洛阳都住这里，这次的房间冷，睡了一会都要感冒似的，楼层主管凶的不要不要的，跟欠她钱似的，酒店管理人员这态度，我表示不能理解。说房间冷，非要说空调暖和，我去，不冷我找你，我找事啊，心情顿时很糟，花钱买罪受，还受气，表示以后不会来了。
