室内环境还不错，挺干净的。装修的很简洁大方，观感不错。周边的话因为洛阳在修地铁，到处都是施工的，所以也没法强求。酒店里工作人员态度也很好，服务很及时。当然我们也没有提很多要求。唯一不好的就是蚊子很多，特别多。被蚊子叮醒了好几次，拍死了一批还有一批，早上起来身上全是蚊子包，拍死的蚊子也吸饱了血。

酒店设施很差，走进房间有股怪味，卫生间洗澡都不好洗，床也硬不舒服，门面和房间根本就不配的，和旅馆差不多。而且直接网上订的比到酒店订的贵，酒店直接订228，网上309。反正这个房间是差到不能再差了。

早餐粥馒头鸡蛋等，能不能加床没问，不好的是卫生间干湿不分，酒店周围有很多酒店的，当时晚上了，就携程上随便找了一个，但到了一问没有暖气，只空调，但空调加热空气很干，且热气上升，下面凉，想退，但定时没太仔细，携程上也没有标注有否暖气，选的是不能退的，酒店只答应换房间及多给被子，当时坐在房间里连羽绒服都不敢脱，晚上开空调睡一晚上，盖两床被子再羽绒服，只有贴着身子的被子是暖和的，床垫下感觉凉气往上窜，一晚上都没睡好，与郑州的锦江之星139元一晚还有暖气的性价比，差的太多了，还望携程以后在冬季能标出酒店是否有暖气。

酒店负责门 口停车的师傅，态度超级好，改变了我对河南人一贯的看法。觉得郭德钢的相声对人的误导太大了。
