一直在艺龙订酒店，但第一次有这样不好的体验，给安排了和预定完全不同的房间，和前台沟通，态度非常差，表示不知道我们预定的是什么房型。向艺龙客服投诉也没有用。给安排的房间连窗户都没有，味道非常大。
