酒店设施比较老了，到晚间无夜宵无超市，不太符合四星级酒店的服务。早餐期间，冷掉的食物也没有及时加热。总之，不太满意，太不满意！

设施有些陈旧，住的家庭套房，卫生间面积特别大居然没有浴缸，有些柜子的把手都松了。服务态度和卫生状况都还不错。可能因为是春节期间，晚餐餐厅只有很少的几个菜可点，早餐种类也不多。位置离关林景区很近，离龙门石窟也不算远。有免费无人看管的停车场。
