整体性价比还可以，主要是离家近。但老楼设施陈旧，地毯很脏，卫生间浴帘杆坏了也不及时维修。国营买卖服务有待提高。

房子是老楼，基本条件还不错，大厅的无线信号还行，但房间里就不好了，热水不热，不能冼澡。。。
