之前出差经常住，但这次体验太差了，今天12点退房，4点回福州的时候突然想起来忘了一个苹果6s的充电头和数据线在酒店，回去询问酒店，酒店方承认收拾房间的时候确实有收到一个苹果的白色充电器，但去问库房要的时候库房说没有并说也没有把这个借给其他客人～但前台告诉我们说今天明明有借了一个苹果充电器给某客人～但库房不承认，还撒谎欺骗我们说借给客人的是一线多头的数据线，不可能是我们的原装充电器～结果我们自己找了那个客人证明就是我们的充电器～虽然很小的事，充电器也不值几个钱，但这种欺骗行为以及把客人遗落的东西借给其他客人的行为真的是很令人无语生气～如果今天客人不小心丢的是一个手机呢～酒店方是不是也死鸭子嘴硬不认，客户只能自认倒霉～一个自称精品的酒店结果连最基本的诚信服务的品质都没有，那何谈酒店服务～真心是见微知著～出了事才知道一个酒店靠不靠谱～
