春节期间回乡探亲，有携程就很方便，订酒店棒棒哒。县迎宾馆很规范，属于老字号酒店，早餐，环境，卫生，服务都很到位，回鲁山就住这里啦。

网约客人就不是客人的感觉！订的24号入住，十二点多到鲁山火车站，知道比较晚怕前台人员休息故意打个电话询问地址在哪。前台人员原话：八点之前必须退房，如果退可以入住，八点之前退不了你就…… 然后我说你不要这个态度，前台人员又说：我态度怎么了，我感觉态度挺好啊。 进大厅没有前台的主动打招呼，第一句话反而是：刚打电话的是你吧。真是醉醉的！有团队入住可以解释，换个态度完全可以接受。这是服务态度的感受，真是差评！ 然后浴巾上出现黑色斑点和白色东西是什么鬼？？ 搞的我一手都是白色的东西。 除了位置其他的都需要太多改善！
