酒店内部比图片上还好，比有些同四星的酒店好很多，但酒店周围环境脏、乱、差，建议酒店内部增加洗浴帘、无线WIFI，对下水道抽水马桶等及时检修，再增加一些娱乐设施。

非常糟糕，入住时给错房卡，一点儿都不觉得有什么错，还理直气壮！温泉时让帮忙给孩子的泳圈冲气，一个说可以冲，一个男的服务员挤眉弄眼的说不可以，这不是故意吗？无奈租了一个，不就是不想让你用自己带的！早餐8点半去就基本什么都没了，问服务员还添加不，竟然说来的太晚了，无语啊，你早餐是9点结束好不好！，
