Our establishment was formerly known as Huazhu·Lushan Tingyun Mountain Villa, located at No. 130 Hexi Road, Guling Town, on Lushan Mountain. It is a renovation of an old villager's house. Tingyun Mountain Villa officially started operation in August 2017. In 2018, it was selected as a Lushan homestay featured on CCTV and was recorded in the Lushan chapter of China Image Chronicles. It was also awarded the title of "Lushan Model Homestay" by the Lushan Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government in 2018. The homestay was renamed in 2024 and is now called "Lushan Yunbian Mountain Villa". After the renaming, a comprehensive upgrade was carried out, including the installation of password locks, all-aluminum doors, and diamond mesh doors and windows. Some room types were improved, the number of beds was increased, small kitchens were added to the courtyard rooms, and repainting was done. These measures have further enhanced the quality of the guest rooms and the guests' stay experience. The original name "Tingyun Mountain Villa" is poetic, symbolizing the gathering and lingering clouds, and carries the meaning of "missing relatives and friends" from Tao Yuanming's poems. The current name "Yunbian Mountain Villa" is more down-to-earth. While maintaining the original courtyard design style, the original multi-functional comprehensive hall with a steel structure and glass curtain wall has been retained. A small conference room has been added to make the comprehensive hall more versatile; a separate tea room has been added; two large landscape canopies have been built, providing space for more guests to chat, taste tea and wine, and dine; a children's trampoline has been added for kids' entertainment; and small kitchens have been added to the courtyard guest rooms, making the homestay more functional. The homestay has multiple guest rooms with 19 beds, accommodating 26 people as standard and up to 30 people. There are various room options including king rooms, twin rooms, parent-child rooms, and family rooms. It is especially suitable for long-stay guests, as well as small wedding ceremonies, small company team-building activities, and group activities of multiple families. The homestay enjoys an excellent location, adjacent to the Lushan Conference Site. It has convenient transportation and easy parking. There is an 8th bus stop at the entrance, and it is only a 5-minute walk to the Conference Site tourist bus station. The characteristics of the homestay are: 1.It has a large venue and a good environment, ideal for holding activities. 2.40% of the guest rooms are suitable for long-stay guests, with the possibility of self-catering.
