酒店在牯岭街山中间，环境悠美，拾级而上，泉水畅畅，开始不知道只要有景区游览车观光卡就可以在中心让车子送到酒店门口，也可以打电话让到酒店接，司机师傅说半个人都送都接，太给力了。酒店可以仰望云，俯看山，卧听泉。早晨在清泉流畅声中醒来，很美，唯一不足，没有备一次性梳子，还好街上都有10元一把质量不错的桃木梳。下次还来住，可以看夕阳。

位置较难找，打出租车到的。普通标间很一般，窗户很小，光线不足，后补差价住的豪华标间。餐厅早餐不是自助的，样式很少，是订好的，没菜只有三种咸菜。其他的还不错。

前台服务蛮好的！就是在酒店吃就不行了！一次吃早饭喝的粥还人家喝剩的（服务员拿了人家喝剩的粥再加点粥就端来给我们吃了，本来不知道还是我儿子说了才知道），在那里吃过二次晚饭，最后一次晚饭点的一个菜：石鱼炒肉里有尼龙绳，本来想要说法的，毕竟上次喝粥还喝到人家喝剩的）我老公说算了！唉！我只想说食物上需要改进！其他前台服务蛮意！

酒店很不错，位置稍微有点难找，200级台阶爬上去也蛮有趣的。可以打电话给酒店派人来接，积存的行李也可以帮忙送过来，服务很赞。五妹很热情，感觉超专业，有什么不懂的不知道的直接问就好啦。给了很多旅游的建议，谢谢～
