服务态度很差，开车带着小孩自驾，不知道庐山景区需要买票进去再加换乘，当天下大雨，而且艺龙当时也没有提示，提出取消，遭到拒绝。而且酒店虚报入住信息，没有入住说入住了，这种酒店想不到。
