艺龙老用户，长期用艺龙，信任前提下在此定了庐山飞来石宾馆，没想到失望接二连三涌来，首先进房一股霉味扑面而来，立即给经理电话经理承诺第二天换房，想想忍忍算了，结果晚上关上门窗以后完全无法入睡，霉气冲天，这样子潮湿的房间安的是地毯常年得不到打理又是在一楼肯定恶臭难闻，宝宝呼吸不畅闹了整晚，老人心脏不好就更睡不好了，好不容易熬到天亮准备退房，马上离开，一家子人准备避暑的兴致全无，驱车回武汉。另外酒店没有退押金给我，回来才记起，可前台却反咬一口说错退多了钱给我，无凭无据，让人恼火。第三我的一包化妆品落在房间酒店有义务通知我却没有，等我回武汉了，说寄又各种理由不给寄。真是无良商家。只有把顾客体验放在首位你们才有长远发展。多年住店从未给过差评。这一次真的怒了。脏乱差臭。

提前一周在网上预定的，到店之后没有想象中那么好，房间的地毯不是很干净，洗手间的浴室没有放肥皂和沐浴露的位置，希望设施和卫生能够加强一点

房间墙壁发霉严重，观景房阳台有一股尿骚味。被子床铺发霉味。还好服务不错。入住一晚就赶紧换酒店，太失望了！
