1.开始看网上有人说地点偏以为会安静点，前台还给我们安排了个朝外的房间，但外面还是很吵。
2.不提供任何洗漱用品，没牙刷牙膏，没洗发水/沐浴露，如果确实是响应环保，在酒店预订页面一定要备注清楚。
3.去了发现有很多地方可以住，根本不需要190 一晚，设施也都很普通，网上订的很不划算，庐山已经开发得很好，住的地方非常非常多.

匡城酒店离牯岭镇的中心不远，走一两百米就到了牯岭镇的中心，远离了市镇的喧嚣，静中有闹；因为带着小朋友出行，每天要换洗衣服，后面的停车场可以晒衣服，挺方便的。

房间干净整洁，酒店位置也还好，旺中带静，离街心就几分钟路程，不过厕所冲凉房有点漏水

房间装修很新，干净整洁，卫生间比较大。交通很方便，离旅游观光车东西线的站点都很近。宾馆有自己的餐厅，味道价格都是不错的，我们行程最后一天下大雨，十分庆幸住的地方有好饭吃。服务也不错，帮助叫去机场的车、帮忙参谋行程、指路。
不过缺点也是有的，作为一家主打网络渠道营销的酒店，怎么可以房间里不设wifi呢？山上3G信号又不好。另外，一楼很潮，不放晴的时候地面总湿漉漉的，这却没办法的事儿。

一次性用品是没有的，这个无所谓啦。但是了，空调效果极差，机子很老旧啦。洗手间卫生不好。价格的话适中咯。比在九江住的3星级宾馆价钱差不多，但是了，条件真么。。。恩，在景区也是没办法。不过比较ok的是就在大街就几分钟距离。这点不错。网上订房还有用2厅汽水。

在庐山上牯岭镇街的尽头，离花径仙人洞景点比较近，有停车场和自己的餐厅，管道热水，热水较热。
房间较小，无电吹风，无洗漱用品，无大浴巾，如果对住宿环境要求不高，可以入住。
