住的标间，不是图上的那栋楼，而是一栋普通的二层小别墅房间很小，热水是等你过去之后烧两个小时才能洗，落地空调，热水器。不是很方便。

预定的豪华标间，但是实际房间与图片不符，差距太大，跟普通标间没什么差别，价格却是三倍。询问酒店才知道豪标的图片是整栋别墅的一个房间，旺季才可能单独预定，是可能！拨打艺龙客服，说没问题，最后还是让我们自己去跟酒店协调，最多送点积分，无语！酒店前台态度还算好，给我们升级了套房，就这么住下了。希望酒店完善图片及预定说明！也请艺龙作为第三方平台，核实自己所提供的酒店实际情况，对消费者负责！

很开心的一次消费，不算高的价格，感受庐山老别墅的风貌。房间硬件设施齐全，卫生条件较好，服务人员态度好。入住时因沟通问题，耽搁了一下，但携程很专业，1分钟内解决，好评！

真是不好意思，过了这么久才来评价，我和同学一起去的景区，在网上定了你们家的客房，一开始没报什么希望，没想到最后给了我们不一样的惊喜，在景区能住到这么物美价廉的房子，实在是件幸运又幸福的事情啊。
