携程的订单，被作为特价房对待，给的是1楼旮旯房间，其中一间局部墙面有霉斑，卫生间干净整洁，设施状况良好，床褥没有其他庐山游客提到的潮湿情况，也许那几天连续晴天，2间房都有较浓的装修味道，早餐实在乏善可陈，差不多就是低价团队游那种；离芦林湖蛮近的，晚上可以散散步，距离牯岭镇较远，如果晚餐在镇上吃，最好早一点，赶在18:30前搭观光车回来

非常不错的一家酒店，环境好，卫生干净，服务也不错。酒店内的中餐味道不错，份量多，我们一行5人点4道菜都不一定吃的完，价格很实惠，在山上这样的酒店真心好！下次来庐山还是住入这家，值得推荐！

酒店环境较为偏僻，前台服务员态度服务有待提高，但是还是要感谢酒店提供最后一间房给我们，房号8219，有一个严重问题反映一下:房间怎么养了那么大只老鼠，跟猫那么大，居然在偷吃我们的零食，赶跑了又三番五次的偷吃，本来很饿，搞的一点心情也没了，饿着肚子睡了一夜，也是醉了。由于没能抓住它，太晚就没投诉，那个老鼠就住在洗手间洗脸池下面右边窟窿洞里面，麻烦酒店处理一下，以免吓到其他住客，以及不必要的麻烦。
