就在观光车站旁，出行方便，酒店前台服务热情，态度好，酒店饭菜可口，吃饭可打折，只是入住时附近在修路，噪音大，没休息好

服务好到没得说，都是车接车送，而且东西忘到酒店了，司机师傅又多跑了一趟给去拿。房间很大，还有电脑，不过现在都看手机了，电脑也不用了。总得来说，很不错。唯一不足是没电梯，提着行李上楼太累了。不过服务员会给帮忙拿东西，超赞。

第一次来庐山住的第一家店，印象糟糕。艺龙网上看到此店家还可直奔去。先看房（二楼），满意准备下单，服务员劝我别下单可以给网上价，但我有券有现金要用完，于是我执意下单。下单后短信告知可以入住，可服务员说需二个小时后确认才可入住，我拿短信给他看，马上可以入住。于是边上的服务员叫我把身份证拿出登记开房。惩罚性的开房上演了！给我开了一间5楼的房（本酒店无电梯），我说刚看了2楼房怎么换5楼的房，他说2楼房没有了设施都一样高级标准间。好一个高级标准间，面向马路且对面在施工，噪声振耳，卫生条件呵呵我晚上连脚都没去洗，卫浴间实在脏的可怕。就因为网上订房竞遭遇到这样的待遇，这样的商家实在太差劲了。但愿租客们订他家的房不会有此待遇。第二天马上换酒店比他家强十倍（锦江之星）。
