房间窗户正对钟楼，早上可以听见钟声。房间小是硬伤，服务员态度都比较好，比较有礼貌。床垫睡着也舒服。

酒店很不错，前台服务态度好。不过我对艺龙旅行很不满意，比如他们耍手段让你提现失败，预定酒店时选择了红包，申请提现时却没有，客服永远说没有记录等等。

酒店不错，没得说。只是艺龙旅行太让人失望了，一次在现金快到期的时候提现，他们给我拖到过期后，说提现失败，然后很多次预定酒店选择了红包，但是申领返现却没有，每次找人工客服都说没有红包使用记录。我想说艺龙旅行通过这种骗术吸引顾客能维持多久？
