16年前公务活动住过此酒店，印象不错，地理环境相当好，适合喜欢清静的游客或其他公务出行的人员居住。这次回家看望老人，特别定了该酒店，重新装修过了，服务很好，早餐就更不用说，特别是服务员服务更是周到，还给住店的客人送上自己写的中秋祝福(见照片)，酒店对客人提出的要求也及时解决，相当不错，住此酒店的性价比相当高。👍👍👍

每位服务人员都很热情，仔细向我们介绍房间设施和附近的特色餐厅
在酒店点餐很方便，价格也不高，餐厅服务员李菊香、黄海洋、朱光先在早晚用餐时的服务很热情，这次入住体验很不错！

几乎每次来泸州都住南苑或者酒城，给南苑写评语还是第一次。总体感觉不错。特别是第二天早上，我因为腰痛不方便起床吃早饭，儿子下楼去餐厅帮我拿早饭，本意是想拿点小蛋糕和牛奶就行了。结果餐厅给我们打包了丰盛的晚餐送到客房，这点让我特别感动。非常感谢给我送早餐的黄海洋小伙子，如果可以打分我毫不犹豫的给他打一百分。

酒店工作人员服务意识特别强，行李员刘洋先生主动给我们打开车门，提行李，引导办理入住，等候送至房间，全程很贴心的服务。客房准备好了欢迎水果，楼层管家李红萍女士热情介绍房间设施及询问需求，表现的是发自内心的微笑，真的让我们感觉宾至如归。下次来泸州还会选择宾馆，People, they make the hotel.
