酒店环境不错，就是周围配套还没跟上。当天晚上想去中餐厅吃饭竟然没人服务。艺龙的客服非常奇葩，第二天在艺龙网上订了两次酒店，都没无故取消，说没房了。第二次还是定的天展名人，担保金都交了两个小时，我们也在从贵州往酒店路上赶了，结果客服才打电话说没房，要么补钱才有房，要么不管。而且态度极差，不准评价服务，不准投诉，直接把电话挂了。再打压根不接了。后来通过另一网站预订，十分钟就确认成功，价格也是网上挂出的价格，很诚信。以后再也不在艺龙订房了。
