前台戴丽服务好热情，在这家酒店订的不只一次了，就因为他们的服务超好，我才每次选择入住东湖艾克酒店，房间很大，设施设备很新，早餐也丰盛，面条，稀饭包子，豆浆，牛奶，水果都有，停车很方便，有专门的停车场哦，值得推荐给大家哦

酒店环境相当不错，很安静，安保和私密性相当到位。酒店设施也比较喜欢，简洁齐全。最重要的一点，酒店前台服务质量相当棒，这次还给升级了房间，特别感谢！

前台戴丽服务超热情礼貌。房间安排的也很满意，早餐好吃，还有专门的停车场，周边小吃也挺多的，在酒店旁边还有个东湖公园棒棒的，下次还来住的，值得推荐给大家

酒店公区设备可以～位置不错在公园边～停车方便～酒店房间内窗户不能打开～窗帘不够遮光～有部分靠马路的早上公交车比较早～报站～
早餐品种一般～但可以吃饱～浴巾不敢恭维都是毛线边～像用了7-8年的感觉～
