  前台服务态度好，早餐不错，环境也不错，就是装修太老，打扫卫生的责任心不强，上次刚进房就发现卫生间的卫生洁具很脏，无法使用，经过电话要求重新打扫，让人心里不舒服，希望软件服务跟上。
