  房卡无法刷电梯，住两晚换了4次房卡，换了3个房间，30度的天气空调不制冷，最后给升级了湖景房说是空调好一些。最后这个房间浴室喷淋头太陈旧，水从接缝处到处乱喷。前台态度还不错，酒店离雨山湖南湖很近，早起跑步不错。
