预定成功，正常到店办理入住，告知查不到订单，把责任推给住客，还让退掉换酒店！坚决不同意的情况下，又说会有人退房，退了立刻安排，之后就是等待和数次去前台询问加拿房卡！我不知道发生这样的事和十一国庆有没有关系，但最后在我的逼问之下，工作人员明确告知肯定有房，我就知道这事绝对有猫腻！开门做生意，应有的诚信还是应该具备的！
