号称四星级酒店，可实在是名不符实。首先是服务态度生硬，再是内部装修已陈旧，有些墙纸已卷起，卫生间的推拉移门推拉不动，电话是聋子的耳朵，早餐品种少。还有网上介绍酒店设施说有瓶装水，可进住却没有，问服务人员，回答是从来不提供，问题出在哪不得而知。
