  饭店位置接近银河渡假村钻石大堂，可搭银河穿梭巴士到水晶大堂，再步行至钻石大堂再步行到饭店，或搭轻轨至排角站再步行到饭店。入住要缴500元押金，房间狭长设计，感觉空间较局促，小厨房有附电磁炉排油烟机，可在房间内煮东西吃。

  The hotel was clean, nicely designed and had everything you need for a brief stay, including a small living room and kitchen. We could see the river view from the room, which was really nice. The hotel is located just right opposite to the Diamond Lobby entrance of the Galaxy. However, since the footbridge linking between the Galaxy complex to the hotel is under construction, we need to take a 5 mins walk to the footbridge of Broadway Hotel to reach the Galaxy area. Not too convenient but acceptable. The Broadway food street is also 5 mins walk away with many choices of restaurants. Breakfast provided in the hotel was basic. Goid value for the price.

  位置很好找，订的这个房间比想象中大很多，环境衞生做的很好，玻璃嗯擦的非常乾净。附近吃的多，公交也方便。。。

  酒店服务非常差，提供的房间与订购的房间不符。 首先，我们订的房间的标题是“豪华公寓式海景客房。但给我们的房间一点海都看不到，完全没有宣传中的“海景”。 第二，酒店拒绝为上述的错误提供任何补偿。 第三，服务态度差，入住手续非常慢，影响了我们的旅游计划。 总之，不建议入住。

  近1000元/晚也不算多便宜，当天很晚才入住，竟然看到房间里有拆开的避孕套？？响应的还算快，説升级套房，大半夜的我们又重新收拾行李换房间，结果给的是同房型的房间。我们连住两晚，诉求是只退那一晚的一半房费，和大堂经理协商後説让我们去平台上提申请，如果平台打电话过来向酒店确认他也会直接同意没有异议，结果等平台确认的时候酒店这边又不认了，丝毫没有诚信，导致我们在外面玩的时候还要一直接平台电话沟通处理。承诺的两次赔偿方式均没有履约，挺不愉快的。不过前台的工作人员服务态度还是很好的，都很热心。
