酒店地理环境不错，离永利、星际等娱乐场所很近，但酒店娱乐设备非常陈旧。由于艺龙网工作人员严重失职，导致内地旅客晚上抵达酒店后，被前台人员告知没收到通过艺龙网的订房信息。旅客出行前一天还致电艺龙，确认订房已成功，绝对不会面影响入住。当班酒店人员非但不帮助解决问题，还态度非常不友好。致使旅客在前台无端滞留一个半小时，打了很多通长途电话给艺龙，要求解决入住问题。最后经艺龙网重听订房电话录音，确认是自己工作人员的责任后，才迟迟地解决了入住。

离永利,新葡京,新马路市中心很近,去哪里都很方便,虽然酒店旧,但该有的都有,性价比十分高,推荐.如果嫌旧大可去永利.威尼斯人住,只是价格高出1.2倍而已
