  带孩子一起入住，房间不小，卫生也不错。酒店环境和位置都很好，去哪里很方便。大堂和餐厅服务人员态度一般，没个笑脸连个招呼都没有。??

  酒店服务态度很好，设施都很好，卫生情况都OK，而且交通十分便利，而且酒店附近都有一些餐厅，餐厅食物质素都很好,而且附近又近手信铺十分方便

  澳门不大，但五脏俱全，这个酒店大楼不大，但房间够大，比香港那要大很多。***地方，这种入住环境还是比较豪气的。隔壁都是**。楼下还有洗浴，但价格较高。房间装饰颜色很跳。住在顶层比较安静。

  第一次入住，调查一下酒店已有部分房间2014 年装修，订房时担心房间是否新装，到前台办手续，找不到我的订单，酒店职员协助联络trip 客服，15分钟找回订单，原来我订的是2019年装修房型，可加HK$50 转去新装房间，当然要转，房间设计高级舒适，有32玶，空间感好名口，有企缸浴缸，可延至13:00退房，用trip coin 付费，只须$900，周末来说，我觉得超值！ 酒店前台李小姐服务不错，如果免加费升级就更好！ 大堂及升降机还未装修，古旧一点，但上楼层都要拍卡，感觉安全！ 下次都会再选择入住
