已多次入住这店。这是最难忘的一次。由于订房时有误，到店得到姓陈接待员的耐心，热情接待，并主动协助联系相关解决入住问题，顺利入住。非常感谢姓陈的接待员。下次我还会订这店的。给个好评，给服务加分。

酒店挺好的，就是在艺龙网上订的房，我预订成功拼音名字是对的，去到酒店前台入住时既然名字出错不给我入住，只错了一个字母，打电话给艺龙网客服原来是她们搞错的，真失望，已经是多次在艺龙网预订酒店，每次把名字出错，到最后说不能取消和更改，出国旅游千万别在艺网订房出错了很难找到客服，说不通

非常差，没有办法形容，澳门服务真是垃圾，感觉都瞧不起大陆人，哎，都是中央政府惯的，搞得我们内地比他们矮一点，酒店服务员太势利眼了
