已经4-5次入住了，酒店位置极佳，交通方便，早餐品种丰富。
这次入住感受最深的是，由于开会时间临时拉长，返回酒店已经下午六点，去退房，前台没有任何问题，不需要额外付款费用，太赞了，下次继续住这个酒店。

My husband and pamangkins enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Overall, everything was great—wala akong masabi. The staff were very helpful, except for one receptionist at the Escolta area, if I remember correctly, her name was Julia.
She was very rude and was the only one who did not assist us. When I approached her for help, she even walked away from us. Imagine, it was my husband’s birthday and we received that kind of treatment. I mean, we shouldn’t have to mention that it was his birthday just to be treated properly as guests.
Our overall experience was excellent, but because of her, it was disappointing. She was the only one who negatively affected our stay at The Peninsula.

马尼拉半岛酒店有50多年历史，位于马卡蒂中心，位置优越，到机场20分钟车程。周边商城众多，吃饭购物方便，酒店大堂气派圣诞氛围浓厚，房间和洗手间都很宽敞，只不过设施略显老旧，但还算乾净整洁。服务员都很热情礼貌，申请晚退房爽快答应。早餐品种丰富，味道很不错，室外游泳池环境优美，不愧是老牌五星酒店，入住体验很棒。
