带小孩出来过暑假，本来在腾冲呆了几天，听人説芒市好吃的多，就过来了。。放暑假就是到处跑跑，携程订的全季，还是看中它是连锁的，在哪都一样，不会太差，结果到了地方发现很不错，有小冰箱，还是金可儿的床垫和智能马桶，房间也很大，很乾净也很安静。。。出门打车也方便，去哪玩都方便。。。总之性价比很高，第一天入住还送了欢迎水果，后面吃完了还加了，服务也很热情贴心。。真的不输五星级酒店哈，点外卖也很方便～空调也很给力，因为来之前看人家説芒市这边有的酒店空调不给力，芒市偏热，空调还是很重要的哈，结果这边空调特别给力，晚上开着都有点冷，大概是因为走廊空调都开着，有的酒店只有房间空调是开的，这边可真是特别大方了。。。晚上有时候得关了睡觉。。

洗衣房是惊喜！作为一个经常出差的人，酒店的洗衣房对我来説太重要了。这家的洗衣房设备非常新、非常乾净整洁，而且操作简单方便。洗烘速度也快，衣服洗得乾净，烘乾效果也很好，大大解决了旅途中的洗衣烦恼，强烈推荐给有需要的朋友！
服务热情周到！从前台到客房服务，遇到的每一位工作人员都笑容满面，态度亲切热情。办理入住高效，有任何问题谘询他们，都能得到耐心细致的解答。能感受到他们是真心实意地想为客人提供帮助，让人感觉宾至如归。
房卡遗失处理太人性化！这里必须特别提一下，入住期间不小心把房卡弄丢了，心里本来挺忐忑，怕要赔偿或者很麻烦。结果去前台説明情况后，工作人员完全没有责备或计较，只是温和地确认了身份讯息，就非常迅速地帮我重新补办了一张，整个过程非常顺畅，解决了我的尴尬。这种对客人的信任和理解，真的让人感到非常温暖和放心。
总之，全季酒店不仅硬件设施（特别是洗衣房）实用便捷，更重要的是软件服务——员工的热情和人性化的管理，让人感觉特别舒心和值得信赖。下次来这个城市，一定会毫不犹豫地再次选择这里！强烈推荐！
