从腾冲回到芒市，还是选择入住这家酒家，打车去机场也就17-20分钟内。去腾冲前在丙午街赶集买的水果存放在前台，前台小姐姐给保管的很好。
这次入住的是景观亲子双床房空间还要大，有一张三人沙发，很温馨，就是没有衣柜，所以家人还是喜欢高级双床房。美中不足的是还是衞生间，智能马桶太智了，坐下会自动冲水。淋浴间最好装一个帘子。总体入住很满意。

该酒店擅自扔客人东西。东西丢失后我们语气温和的请求前台协助帮忙寻找，但对方不仅不处理客人的需求，更甚至一口咬定保洁阿姨没有把物品当垃圾扔掉。过程当中言语傲慢，态度敷衍，且拒绝调监控，拒绝提供负责经理电话，拒不赔偿，与保洁求证时被骂***。
希望酒店不要因这次的不愉快，而将我们的身份讯息曝光，提醒一下这种情况是违法的！

1.衞生间设计缺陷、洗澡跟打战一样水溅了到处是出来差点滑倒，没有拖鞋也没有地垫洗澡湿脚直接穿一次性拖鞋，水温不稳定。
2.也经常住酒店，第一次遇见这么小气的酒店矿泉水每个房间就两瓶，多要两瓶让下来大厅接，谁家好人睡半夜从三楼坐个电梯跑一楼接个水。
3.注意避雷的是网订价格比门市贵

The room is spacious, the service is warm and welcoming, and the location is excellent. The only issue is that the shower in the bathroom doesn’t have a door, which makes it easy for water to splash onto the floor. There was also no bath mat provided. Hopefully, this can be improved. Everything else was great.

服务非常差，态度极其恶劣!房价左一个右一个，变来变去!明明携程有积分有优惠券，他们不认可!要让我多补几十块钱!莫名其妙的!第一次遇到这种情况!有误会不及时处理，还找藉口逃避!沟通下来让人很不舒服!这个前台讲话都讲不清楚还来工作？昨天看房间，看的是三楼房间，喊个人带我上去，上去后告诉我没有带房卡，又让我等了很久，一个比一个晕!

Room 401 is fine. Chinese name of this establishment is 雅悦拍庭花园酒店 ya yue pai ting hua yuan jiu dian . Only fault for me was absence of glass glasses and china cups/ mugs, all vessels were made of paper.
