芒市唯一的五星级酒店，接待过党和国家领导人，有历史，有政治地位，设施比较旧了，还算干净整洁。不知道城市显得比较冷清还是什么原因酒店给人感觉也没人气，服务也跟不上，我们车到大堂门口了礼宾部的人却也没过来开车门和接行李，这样可不是五星酒店应该有的水平。

当地最有名气和历史的酒店，房间很大，可以要求看得到大金塔的房间，因为历史悠久所以设施会旧一些，不过品质不错，床褥很舒服，电视机是那种古董式的。

据说是当地唯一的五星酒店，孔雀湖那个肯定是新的，但距离繁华地带稍远。这个酒店的风格和装修略显陈旧，但是历史的沉淀随处可感受到，出行也方便。喜欢运动跑步和宵夜的都适合。周边景致也近，普陀寺，观音寺出门就到，大金塔两公里。哪个朝向我不知道，但和前台美女说要看到金银塔。她就回安排。这趟行程很惬意，值得推荐！
