这酒店服务态度特别差 我个人是不推荐大家去订这家酒店 小心被坑 当时说的是一套 背后又给你来一大套 我是订了没有办法去入住 就叫朋友 去问一下 能不能退 当时说好的可以退 结果我退的时候又不能退了 还跟我说 不是他值班 跟我说可以退的那个是保安 他什么也不懂 就这样把责任推给了一个保安 明明不是保安的责任 是酒店的责任 就这样推的一干二净 这酒店就是垃圾
