前台服务人员态度平淡，服务不熟练，不够专业欠缺正规酒店服务技能训练，面无表情，服务缓慢，客人提出问题不能解决，就客人提出的问题不能正确解决不能专业的处理欠缺细致的考虑。酒店设施一般，日常卫生打理不够细致，房间通风不好。经常有人在酒店房间内楼道电梯内吸烟，客人提出不文明吸烟问题，前台不予处理，以各种理由回绝。性价比低，不会再次入住该酒店，绝对不会建议给别人入住此酒店。
