酒店位置优越，设施也优于同级别酒店不少，就是前台接待确实差了点。当日前台电话询问我可否将两个标间换成豪华单间，我没答应(电话答复他我带有一小朋友)。大酒店后我同时定的房间就莫名的分在不同的楼层了(态度也有点冷漠)……
